The project “A Brief Guide To Barcelona's Designers” is mainly a graphic design and editorial work, which serves as a compilation and directory of both graphic and industrial designers who have left their mark in Barcelona. From emblematic figures such as Miguel Milà to new studios such as Hey Studio, this book explores the different forms of expression and work that exist in the world of design.
The More You Know
At first glance, the book looks ordinary. However, by turning the pages the reader can discover that each page can be torn out of the book, turning them into a kind of postcard that can be given as a gift, framed or pasted on the wall as a mini poster.
Each page has the designer's name and representative works on the front, while on the back is a photograph of the designer, a distinctive phrase and an informative text about his or her career.
The visual design of the book sought that the protagonism of each page should be the designs of each author, as the images make it easy to identify each designer, learn about their style and for future reference.
